Robert E. Wybrow and Ross Phillips; two friends who met in the summer of 2000, both developed a quiet curiosity for the natural world.
Over the years, that bond led them on adventures across continents — from the mist-veiled trails of Southeast Asia through Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam; to the sun-baked valleys of The Atlas Mountains of Morocco; and the mythical slopes of Mt Olympus in Greece. It all culminated at 5895 meters in Tanzania, standing at the roof of Africa. Mt. Kilimanjaro was the hike that would shift their perspective, and sparked a new chapter in their future travels.
Inspired by these epic encounters through nature, they founded Ambient Wanderers, now documenting their unique travels through calming, cinematic stories. From remote forests to forgotten coastlines, their films capture the gentle pulse of exploration between both the serene, and the untamed.
Now they invite you, the viewer, to wander this beautiful planet together...
